Here we start - as promised a blog to come together round, to think with and talk through ideas on. i have added a pic of the bloody projector and hope that we come to love it through in playing places with white walls and no sodium lights.
Following on from the plan of yesterday our first gathering we will be at X church, here is an image of the inside of there, but without Daz's inflatable. Shall one of our tasks be before then be to think of what we would like to project onto the inflatable? - what about people running - im going with the Olympics theme which am i right thats what they got it for?
Im sorry about yesterday - although i do think some good came out of it - i really like our open call idea for docfest and as we said think that to be able to do that as part of a elite festival would be great, and in collaboration with people/orgs that wont look bad on our CV. I think the common land theme works well too, i am just writing that up now and will circle round for further additions etc later.
Im trying not to be dissapointed, but as i said in the car on the way home, we are good people who work hard and it would be nice that that paid off.
Just working out how to add to the blog. Yes we are good hard working folk and should reap some rewards, I'm sure we will. What I like about the Collaborators is our optimism, that's priceless.(even if it waines sometimes)
